**After3 Lower School Daily Schedule **Please note times are approximates

K-1st Grade: Children are picked up directly from classroom by staff
2nd-5th: Dismissed by their teacher directly to the cafeteria

2:30-2:45: K-1st students are picked up directly from classroom. 2-5th grades dismissed to cafeteria.

2:40-3:15 : Snack time/Supervised play (Students are grouped by program and grade) *After3 does not provide snacks and is a nut free program.

3:15 pm: Instructors pick-up students from the cafeteria

3:20-4:40 pm: Classes are in session

4:20pm-4:30pm: Students who are on the bus will be picked up directly from the classroom.

4:45pm-: Students are dismissed by their instructors into the cafeteria. Please enter through the Main entrance up the ramp (unless emailed otherwise) to be directed to dismissal area.

4:50 pm-5pm: After3 5pm Buses depart from Nest+m.

4:45pm-5:45pm: Students will have the option of games or supervised play. *The latest pick-up time is 5:45 pm. Late fee applies if picked up after.

**Supervised care before specialized programs are provided free of charge. Supervised care after 4:45pm are provided at an additional fee and are not obligatory. (*Any parent arriving after 4:45pm for pick-up is subject to late fee)

Early Pick-up’s: For early pick-up’s, please visit our front desk, via the main entrance or email your request by 4:00 pm to After3nyc@gmail.com. All early pickups need to be completed by 4:20 pm.

*(please enter through the main entrance and let school safety know you’re there for After3. We strongly suggest you email us at After3nyc@gmail.com before arrival).

Off-Site Programs:

Swimming:

2:40-3:00 pm: Snack time/Supervised play. *After3 does not provide snacks and is a nut free program.
3:00-3:15pm: In transit, Swimmers are escorted to the pool by swim instructors and an After3 staff member.

3:15-3:25pm: Students change into their swimming attire in the pool locker rooms.

3:30-4:30pm: Class is in session

4:30-4:50pm: Students get dressed in locker rooms.

4:50-5:05pm: In transit, Swimmers are escorted back to the school by swim instructors and an After3 staff member.

*Parents can pick up at the pool by 4:30pm, but should email After3 before 2pm so we can alert the instructors.
